maintain state of the art foundry plant and equipments. The combination
of skilled working team and modern manufacturing tools lead us to

the dynamic nature of the industry, the company makes innovations for
development of new products and has a well-equipped research and
development department. Our modern manufacturing unit consists of
twenty die-casting machine with 60 to 250 tonnes of locking force. And
we also have three nos. of 88 tonne hot chamber die casting machines.
We
also render value added services like deburring, vibro finishing, shot
blasting, powder coating plating and chromatizing on die cast
components.

Tool Room
Our
tool room is equipped with a range of modern equipments including
Deckle Maho and Feeler make vertical CNC milling machines. This is
interfaced with CAD/CAM computer system, providing excellent
3-dimensional models for the production of dies. The tool room
facilitates manufacture and maintenance of die casting dies, jigs and
fixtures.
